If you have been planning on learning to knit "someday," join us for the next Sip & Stitch Party and bring a friend!
Knitting is a brain-healthy activity, is known to produce a calming effect through repetition of motion, and is just plain fun.
In two easy-going hours you'll learn the basics of reading a pattern, how to choose yarn and needles appropriate for your project, how to cast on, & the knit stitch. You'll leave with a soft unisex neck-wrap cowl, great for cold weather.
Ages 12 and up are welcome, not a single student has ever "failed," and most keep knitting for years! We teach over 400 new needle-crafters per year. This lesson makes a great group or family night-out.
FEE: $58 covers FREE Wine or Loose Leaf Tea, your color choice of soft bulky U.S. made yarn (chosen in class), all needles, pattern, and instruction.
SIP & STITCH TIME: This is a 2 hour class offered multiple times per month. Click the pull-down tab to view all available dates.
SKILL LEVEL: Beginning knitters, no experience required, or advancing beginners who would like instruction.
