Mondaes Step 2 Spinning Class will create confidence around the foundational spinning skills in Step 1, and introduce intentional yarn making methods.
This class will cover:
- Extended info on fiber prep, types, and tools
- Ideal fiber-to-garment uses and attributes
- Overview of yarn construction types: 1, 2, 3 Step Yarns
- Ideal spinning methods for a range of fibers
FEE: $118 covers all wool, wheel use if needed (though it helps to own a wheel you love), and 4 classes in your 1 month session. Unlimited practice time on wheels during open hours (studio time!) is released after your first class. 4 oz of free practice fiber is allotted per month for use outside of class sessions.
CLASS TIMES: This class is offered in multiple daytime and evening slots, per month, with 4 classes per session. Choose your session from the pull-down tab for exact dates and times.
SKILL LEVEL: Students must have a good understanding of their wheels tension system and be able to spin a continuous yarn.
STUDENTS BRING: Yourself, your own wheel preferably, and all bobbins/accessories you have with it. Class wool/fibers are provided within your registration fee for class use at no additional cost.
Students are welcome to bring their own spinning wheel in tuned, working order, or drop their wheel off 2 weeks in advance for a $48 Complete Tune-Up. Let us know if you do not need to use a class wheel in the comments box at check out, otherwise we'll have one waiting for you.

Class fees may be transferrable with approval but are not refundable.Mondaes reserves the right to cancel any class due to under-booking or in the unlikely case of an instructors absence. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified by a staff member via email and phone and offered a space in the next available class or a refund.
